Why did I not receive an order confirmation email?

On rare occasions an email service provider can either mark our messages as spam or even block our emails entirely.  Please email us at cs@zaggleplace.com and provide your order number or email address and an alternate email address for us to resend your order confirmation.

Is my personal and credit card info safe?

Extremely Safe! Your credit card info is transmitted by SSL directly to our processor and their secured vault. All card information we collect is never stored on our servers.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is place, please email your receipt to cs@zaggleplace.com with your request.  We will do our best to make it right.

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

 Any instance in which an item you purchased is defective you may return it for a full refund and shipping cost will be reimbursed for USPS first class.  All other returns are subject to our return policy and within 14 days of receiving your order.  If you have any concern with any purchase made through our site, please let us know. We will do anything, within reason, to help. Please see our Terms of Service Policy for more detailed information regarding returns.
